Who is responsible

This is the personal portfolio of Francesco Salafia. For any privacy request you can reach me at info@francescosalafia.com.

What I collect and why

• Contact form: name, email and your message, used only to reply to you. Delivered through Resend.
• Newsletter: your email address, stored to send you updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Free Site Audit: the website URL you submit is sent to Google PageSpeed Insights and fetched to be analyzed. The URL is not stored after the report is generated.
• Analytics: anonymous usage statistics via Google Analytics 4, and only if you accept analytics in the cookie banner. See the Cookie Policy.

Legal basis

Contact and newsletter data are processed on the basis of your request and consent. Analytics is processed only with your consent.

Who processes the data

I rely on a few trusted providers acting as data processors: Resend (email delivery and newsletter), Google (Analytics and PageSpeed Insights) and Vercel (hosting). Your data may be processed outside the EU under their respective safeguards.

Retention

I keep contact messages only as long as needed to handle your request, and newsletter data until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to its processing. Just email me at info@francescosalafia.com.
